Different rates apply for fares between 5.00am to 11.00pm and fares between 11.00pm to 5.00am.

Different rates apply for vehicle types such as Sedan and people movers.
Different rates will apply for wedding cars, please contact the office to get a quote for wedding transfers.

Different rates apply for special events/days such as Australian Open, Grand Prix, Spring Carnival (Caulfield cup, Cox Plate, Derby Day, Melbourne Cup day, Oaks Day, Stakes Day), AFL Grand final Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve. (Please contact OzE Chauffeurs for a quote)

If you are after a Day hire (12 Hours Day) or half a day hire ( 6 hours) we have special rates, please contact the office for a quote.

Credit Card Transaction: 10% financial institution service fee + GST applicable when paying in our vehicles. You can avoid service fees by paying over the phone when you book.

Child seat extra AU$ 10.00 + GST
International terminal pickup extra AU$ 15.00 + GST.

  • Waiting time past the requested booked time will be charged at AU$ 20.00 per 15 minute (Airport pick-ups excluded).
  • An online request does not guarantee a reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that clients request has been confirmed or denied.
  • No contact (No Show) with customer will result in the full cost of the trip to be charged.
  • Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in additional charges.

Cancellations:

Customers can cancel or alter the booking without any charge 3 hours prior to the nominated pickup time. Any cancellation with less than 3 hours’ notice will result in the full cost of the trip to be charged.
